We are committed to following the recommendations on good governance for non-profit organisations and on the basic principles of foundation social responsibility, along with the values of ethics and transparency in every field of action.
Our Code of conduct of trustees, professionals and suppliers [PDF] (“Code of conduct”) aligns the Fundación Iberdrola España’s commitment with these values in every field of action to establish a set of conduct principles and guidelines that aim to ensure ethical behaviour.
Mission & Values
Approved at the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Fundación Iberdrola on December 18,2025, the Code of conduct incorporates part of the content of the Code of Ethics initially approved on June 16, 2015. It is intended to develop and firmly implant the Foundation’s mission and values, as well as to guide the work of its professionals in a global, complex and changing environment.
